The location was great for accessing public transport! I appreciated the proximity to Stratford station. The room had a well-equipped kitchenette. It was convenient for preparing simple meals. Breakfast offered a large choice, and I found the staff generally helpful and attentive.

central location shopping centre english breakfast
the location proved fantastic (very grateful for this). i found it easy to access the westfield shopping centre. i could also quickly reach the train station because it was nearby. the free breakfast offered a full english option, various bakery goods. smoked salmon.
i noticed the staff occasionally seemed too serious. i think a warmer approach could improve the experience.

convenient location friendly team
The location is very convenient. It is right next to westfield. the staff were bright and cheerful when i checked in. breakfast staff was amazing. Claudio stood out. the team was friendly, the location was perfect, and i enjoyed a good room.

the room was clean and spacious. bottled water and fancy cakes were a lovely, cute touch (i really enjoyed this!). the breakfast had a lot of choice and was well organised.

Acceptable stay with some issues
stocked kitchen breakfast variety in-room cooking missing bedding sofa bed no charger
The room included a well-stocked kitchen area. I found a wide variety of food at breakfast. I appreciated the chance to cook a meal in my room.
I was not happy there was no bedding for the sofa bed since I booked a family room for three. I had to ask for the bedding then put the covers on myself. I found no type C chargers in the room. These are essential nowadays.
